Usually. Those white spots are mineral deposits, most often from sprinkler overspray, and we treat them with a dedicated compound rather than ordinary cleaning. One honest caveat: if the minerals have sat for years they can etch into the glass, and etched glass cannot be polished back by cleaning. We check first and tell you what we are looking at before we start.

No. We work entirely from the outside, so all we need is side access and a gate left unlocked. We message you when the job is finished, and you come home to clean glass.
