Purified water dries with nothing in it, so there is nothing left on the glass to streak. Based in Surrey — exterior glass, screens and tracks included, and the yard is twenty minutes away.

"Absolutely amazing work. The roof looks brand new and they finished in one day. Couldn't be happier."
"Good communication, showed up on time and did a great job. Cleaned up all of the mess. Good value, will use them again."
"We had a lot of moss buildup on our roof and honestly didn't realize how bad it was until they showed us before and after. The crew was professional, fast and very respectful. Roof looks completely clean now. Highly recommend for anyone in Surrey needing roof cleaning."
On the job
Every window on this page was cleaned from the ground with a water-fed pole and purified water. Nothing leans on your siding, nobody comes inside, and the water dries with nothing in it to leave behind.

What another season costs you
Glass is not structural, so it is easy to put off. The catch is that two of the things landing on Surrey windows do not wait — they bond.
Sprinkler overspray leaves mineral deposits. Season after season they bond to the glass and stop wiping off — and once that becomes etching, it does not come off at any price.
Cedar and fir pollen settles every spring and rain smears it rather than washing it off. And Clayton, Grandview Heights, Sullivan and Fleetwood have been building for years — fine concrete and drywall dust bonds harder than pollen does.
From October the sun sits low and rakes straight across the glass, showing every streak and water mark from inside the house — in the months you are indoors looking out.
Tap water is the problem: the minerals in it are exactly what dries as spots, so a bucket and a squeegee leave you the marks you were trying to remove. Then there is the ladder. A pole reaching three storeys is our risk, not yours — we are WorkSafe BC registered and carry $2M liability, and we work entirely from the outside.
See what it costs →Why Surrey glass gets dirty fast
Surrey glass takes a particular beating — a long wet winter, heavy tree cover, and more active construction than anywhere else in the Lower Mainland. Three of these four get harder to remove the longer they sit.
Every spring a yellow-green film settles on the glass and the frames. Rain smears it rather than washing it off.

Surrey lots are big and most of them have irrigation. Sprinkler overspray leaves mineral deposits that bond to the glass season after season and stop wiping off.

Where we work
Our yard is on 138 Street, so most Surrey jobs are a twenty-minute drive and we can usually book you the same week. Window cleaning Surrey and window washing Surrey BC are the same job under two names — we answer to both.
Cloverdale, Newton, Fleetwood, Guildford, Whalley, Fraser Heights, Panorama Ridge, Sullivan Heights and Clayton Heights.
Morgan Creek, Grandview Heights, Ocean Park, Crescent Beach and the White Rock hill. Ocean-facing glass down here picks up salt film and wants doing more often than the rest of Surrey.
Willoughby, Walnut Grove, Brookswood, Murrayville, North Delta, Ladner and Tsawwassen — all on our regular run.
Storefronts, offices and strata buildings across Surrey, plus post-construction glass, which is a different job and priced separately.
Why All Canadian
Tap water carries dissolved minerals, and those minerals are the spots left behind when it dries. Ours is deionized first, so it dries with nothing in it.
Nearly every pane is done with the pole and purified water — upper storeys and ground floor alike. It reaches further, touches less, and dries without a mark.
Screens come out, get washed and go back. Tracks and sills are cleaned at the same time, not charged as an extra.
We work entirely from the outside. No appointment window to sit through, and nobody walking through your rooms.
$2M liability and WorkSafe BC coverage — which matters the moment a pole goes up three storeys.
Priced off the window count before we arrive. If we find hard water etching that will not come off, we tell you first.
How it works
Roughly how many windows and how many storeys. Enough to price most Surrey homes on the phone.
You do not need to be home. We need side access and a gate left unlocked, nothing else.
Glass, screens, tracks and sills. If a window dries with a streak we come back — 48-hour guarantee.
No surprises on the day
Everything below is part of the job, not an add-on we mention once we are already parked outside.

Common questions
Most Surrey homes land between $150 and $300. The number comes off the window count, how many storeys, and whether there is hard water to treat. There is an estimator higher up this page, or call 604-751-1765 and we will price it while you are on the phone.
No — we are exterior only. Every window we clean is done from the outside, which is the side that actually weathers: rain spotting, pollen, road film and hard water. Interior glass stays clean far longer and most people handle it themselves. It also means you never need to be home.
Yes, and they are a regular run — Morgan Creek, Grandview Heights, Ocean Park, Crescent Beach and the White Rock hill. Glass facing the water down there picks up salt film on top of the usual grime, which is why South Surrey and White Rock homes often want three cleans a year rather than two.
Yes, included. Screens come out, get washed and go back in. Tracks and sills get cleaned at the same time — that matters most on sliding doors, where grit builds up until the door drags and the weep holes stop draining.
Usually. Those white spots are mineral deposits, most often from sprinkler overspray, and they are common on Surrey's larger irrigated lots. We treat them with a dedicated compound rather than ordinary cleaning. One honest caveat: if the minerals have sat for years they can etch into the glass, and etched glass cannot be polished back by cleaning. We check first and tell you what we are looking at before we start.
Twice a year suits most homes — once in late spring after the cedar and fir pollen has finished dropping, and once in autumn before the low winter sun starts showing every mark. Ocean-facing glass in Ocean Park, Crescent Beach or White Rock picks up salt film and often wants three times a year.
Late spring is the most popular because the pollen is done. Autumn is the smarter booking — the sun sits low from October and rakes across the glass, which is exactly when dirty windows become impossible to ignore from inside. We work year round and it is easier to get a spot outside of spring.
No. We work entirely from the outside, so all we need is side access and a gate left unlocked. We message you when the job is finished, and you come home to clean glass.
Yes. Commercial window cleaning Surrey wide — storefronts, offices and strata buildings — plus post-construction glass, which is a different job and priced separately. Given how much is being built in Clayton and Grandview Heights, post-construction cleans are a steady part of what we do. We can provide proof of insurance and WorkSafe BC coverage before work starts.
