Most single-family homes in Surrey and Greater Vancouver fall between $200 and $400 per visit. The number comes off how much gutter you have, how many storeys, the roof pitch and how much has built up since the last clean. Our minimum for a gutter job is $200.

A typical 2,000 sq ft two-storey home with an asphalt roof lands around $220 to $280. Three storeys, a steep pitch or a cedar roof push it toward the top of the $200 to $400 band and sometimes past it.

Yes, and it is the sensible order anyway. Cleaning a roof washes moss and grit straight down into the gutters, so the roof goes first and the gutters after. Our roof cleaning package already includes the gutter clean, so booked together it is one visit and less than two separate jobs.
